Advocating for an ESL program at your school
If there isn’t an ESL program at your school, you can try to ask your teachers if it is possible to create one. You can talk to your English teacher, your advisor, or other teachers who are close to you to see what the process would be at your school. Once you find the person who is in charge of it, you can talk to this person about why you think it is necessary using your own experiences. If possible, you can ask other international students to advocate for such a program together.
